Welcoming new life is a sacred journey, and having the right support can make all the difference. As your birth doula, I am here to provide emotional, physical, and informational support for you and your family every step of the way. My goal is to help you feel prepared, empowered, and deeply cared for throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

What’s Included in the Birth Doula Package:

Prenatal Support

*(4) In-Home or Virtual Prenatal Appointments before birth to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for labor and postpartum including topics on childbirth education, hospital procedures and patient rights, and newborn care.
* Guidance on creating your customized birth plan.
* Guidance on birth preferences, comfort techniques, and partner involvement.
* Postpartum care prepping with a complimentary planner to help organize your recovery and support needs.
*Unlimited access via phone, text, or in-person visits during your dedicated 2-week on-call block (pre-birth and postpartum).
* Reassurance, guidance, and resources whenever you need them.
* Hands-on, heart-centered support during labor and birth at your chosen birthing location.
* Comfort measures including positioning, breathwork, massage, and advocacy for your preferences.

Postpartum Support

*2 In-Home Postpartum Visits to check in on your recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn care support.
* Guidance with feeding, rest, and gentle family transitions.

Special Gifts
* A “Mama To Be” Gift Bag filled with hand-crafted herbal products designed to support your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Investment
The complete Birth Doula Package is $1,500.00

Fee Schedule:

*Deposit: $500.00 due at booking (non-refundable, secures your due date on my calendar).
*Second payment: $500.00 due by your 20th week of pregnancy
*Remaining balance of $500.00 due by your 30th week of pregnancy.
* Flexible payment options are available upon request.

✨ Home births are welcome with the support of a licensed midwife. I cannot accomondate 'free births' (home births without a licensed midwife) at this time.
